"By Folder" View in List Drawer

Currently, the "By Folder" view is only exposed on the colleciton views and the "everything" by folder view.

It would be extremely useful to also have this "By Folder" view in the list drawer view component. This component is used in:

• Lexical "Upload" node
• Lexical "Relationship" node
• Relationship field with "drawer" appearance

The "Upload" node in particular is a natural use case for the folder view, but it currently is clunky/non-functional to use because the "by folder" view isn't available.
