Wrong extension version number and phpBB version

Tested on phpBB version: 3.2.9
Download file: ext_paypal_donation-2.1.4.zip
File size: 175.68 KiB
But in this post:

Extension Updated to version 2.1.6

And this file it's for phpBB 3.2.11, extension version it's 2.1.6

The first post is not updated with the information for the latest version of the approved extension.
I seem to remember that this happened in the past with styles as well.
