A really basic issue, my apologies but i've just started with the Arduino

How do i install the Rfcontrol library ?
The only time i have done this is with the basic ones that come with IDE software or the Eleegoo tutorials.

In the vain of idiocy, I'm using a LightwaveRF remote as a control item before going on, has anybody else tried LightwaveRF remotes using this sniffer?
