Retry dependencies that had errors

• Take the report JSON as an input
• Scan the dependencies.errors
• (maybe) Exclude errors that have retry: false
• Return new report JSON, with dependencies.support updated to whatever was resolved and dependencies.errors updated to whatever failed again
