Restore original `corepack enable` command

This issue tracks the status of the upstream fix of the corepack enable command in nodejs/corepack#612.

If and when it ever gets fixed, we can consider undoing this verbose command.

@stevepiercy Am I thinking right? Compatibility issues prevent environments running Node.js 16 from upgrading to the most recent Corepack. Alternatively, you can pin Corepack to version 0.20, which has the essential improvements and supports Node.js 16.
