[FEATURE]: Intelligent Labeling

Description

Add intelligent labeling for visualizations such that helpful labels are present on the data visualization without making the labels or the visualization difficult to read and interpret. Screenshots below.

Why should this feature be added?

This feature is already present in data visualization tools like Tableau. Some users who want to migrate from Tableau to Dash would like to have this feature as they make the migration.
