Comments in reviews should not be mandatory.
It is not every time that users feel the need to write something about what they have just seen. Simply leaving a rating should be enough.
If the user does not leave a comment but gives a rating, this rating should appear in the reviews as normal.
Other services such as letterboxd and serializd follow this premise.
