Bug description

Hello, I created an additional field in the Knowledge Base named status, Type: Insertion in the form (before the save button). In the label name field, I entered Outdated and chose the Yes/No Type. After adding this field, I cannot delete the knowledge base; the screen remains blank. Note that even if the additional field is disabled, it is not possible to delete the knowledge base. In other words, simply creating an additional field in the Knowledge Base prevents it from being deleted.
