Reconciler throws `Parent mismatch`

I ran into an issue where uikit throws a parent mismatch error, which crashes the whole app.
It was not trivial to isolate the problem for me, but here is an attempt https://github.com/wrangelvid/R3FRepro/tree/uikit_reconciler
Run it in dev mode, open the console and reload the page 2-4 times. The error should appear in the console.

Can you post a minimum reproduction example? The more instances we have that cover this case, the better.
