migrating from 0.9.0a3 to 0.10.1 RASA-CORE

What should be done to move to the latest 0.10.1 with its change of API re: RasaCoreServer?

There is a little python script to start NLU as a separate server (https://github.com/pradeepmvn/rasa_stack_quickstart/blob/master/weatherbot/rasa_core/data/rasa_server.py)
This is the only dependency to the specific version that I have. I will update rasa_core docker to the latest one.
