No bindings section in REFramework menu.

The video showing a bindings section in REFramework menu.
However in my menu there's not a binding section.
I am on the latest version, I am using TDB (non ray tracing version to keep my mods.)
Can someone help?
I use WMR controller, I cannot open ingame menu. Very frustrating.
