can i use older versions of REFramework if my game build is older?

i have an old version of the game and it keeps crashing when trying to use reshade with REFramework on Resident Evil 4 Remake. since newer framework dll doesnt work with older versions, can i download an older version of it that matches the time of my game build? and before anyone tells me to update - theres many people who are having the same issue even with everything up to date
