Color bug in closing PHP inside quotes #408

Bug description: When you try to close ?> in PHP inside single or double quotes, the question mark character (?) is not colored correctly, I attached an image:
In the image you can see the bug in the first two lines, in the anchor and in the div, in the last line you can see how it should look correctly when used outside the quotes.

Steps to reproduce
Anytime you try to use PHP inside quotes.
