Data Wrangler Bug with Dark High Contrast Theme

Description

When using "GitHub Dark High Contrast" in combination with Data Wrangler, it shows the tables in light mode where it is expected to be dark. This issue is not there when setting the other GitHub dark themes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Data Wrangler Extension
2. Set theme to "GitHub Dark High Contrast"
3. Create a random pandas dataframe/load in a dataframe and show in data wrangelr
