Add official file/folder icons

I am currently using another extension for the file and folder icons but it doesn't really match the clean design from the GitHub Theme.

It would be nice if you could also add the official file and folder icons used by the GitHub Website. I believe they are using their Primer Octicons.

So that we have the complete UI including same syntax highlighting and icons.
