Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not an issue right now as we don't have many / any outside contributors, but something we should think about for the long run.

Right now if you contribute to the project the reward is the ability to improve the project in a way that benefits the individual making the contribution. I don't know if this is incentive enough, so I have created this issue to start a discussion about ways we can reward contributions to the project / other open source projects we create.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm not really sure what the ideal solution looks like. It may not be a problem if we feel the current reward system for the project is good enough.

Ideally the goal would be to increase satisfaction so as to incentivize contributing and therefore get a more support from the community.

@steve148 It seems like this issue has been here for quite a while. As a starting point, how about we use All Contributors? I've come across this tool in other open-source projects and it looked pretty cool.
