Summary

Suppose I want to link to a list of all packages that provide the outline-view service. Easy enough.

But a lot of those packages are stale and I'd like to surface the more modern IDE packages, the ones whose names start with pulsar-ide-. Once way I could do this is by adding &q=pulsar-ide- to the search term, but this doesn't apply any further filtering to the results.

What benefits does this feature provide?

These two modes work independently of one another, so it's only intuitive for them to be able to combine.

Any alternatives?

For the specific use case I've got, it'd be just as good to be able to sort by package update recency. (That might actually be doable; haven't checked.) But this is still worth doing!
