Feature Request: Add a link in to Github Source on documentation sidebar

I think it would be really useful if the sidebar on https://cryptography.io contained a link to https://github.com/pyca/cryptography

Currently, the link to the source repo is on the Development page.

This will take a while - but I will generate a PR for it!

The inability to intuitively do this came up as an issue on the sphinx_rtd_theme
readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme#1653 and different approaches are being considered for either the theme or the RTD platform.
