Need help with my pygame, cannot figure out how to use pygbag correctly

I am new to full python development. Been mainly using it for work in much different use cases. Anyway, have been hitting my head against a wall for days to figure out how to deploy using pygbag to vercel and I just cannot figure this out. Could someone please help me out. I had to delete my old repo since it became a total mess and have my new stripped down repo here: https://github.com/manofmanana/Virtual-Lovebird-Simulator.
