Description
Currently, our CI follows the format where all of our jobs are in the same file, but the release job should be in a separate file instead. The CI jobs' names can also be improved.
It should also be guarded to improve our security posture, should run on GitHub releases instead of tags, and we should add attestations for the release artifacts.
