NetworkX dependencies

Following the basic setup results in and outdated networkx version. I have tried upgrading to networkx==3.3 but it currently conflicts dependencies. Is an upgrade of networkx planned?

Hi! Do you need any new functionality of the latest networkx library?

We are not planning to upgrade dependencies' versions until the end of the challenge, where we will gather all old and new ones.

Hi! The latest networkx includes expander graph generation which I have used in my pull request. For now I have just copied & pasted the networkx code and everything works fine. But this is of course not very pretty.
