Please include conftest.py in .tar.gz on pypi.org

Hi there,

I am currently packaging pytest-tap for Debian and using the tarball from https://pypi.org/project/pytest-tap/#files for that.
It would be nice if you could include the file conftest.py in there.
For now we are patching that file in so that we can run the tests during package build,
see https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/pytest-tap/-/merge_requests/2#note_624682.

I'm a solo dev and don't have much time to maintain this package. I'd be happy to accept a PR that makes this inclusion in the packaging.
