Description
So we're starting with our project based on TF 2.3-YOLOv3 project on School Uniform Detection. We were able to install CUDA and cuDNN libraries for the Graphics Card. During the test run, it says that the libraries were loaded successfully but it doesn't work it says the following:
Is there anyone who has the same problem? If yes, how'd you solve it
