Pip install helion without pulling in its pytorch and/or triton versions

Raised by @v0i0. Right now the workaround is first pip install helion, then pip uninstall torch and triton, then reinstall the desired torch and triton versions, which seems annoying.

We can remove triton and pytorch from required dependencies list. I'll put a PR for this.
