UI for Measurement Registration is stuck during Validation

What happened?

During Validation of an NGS and PXP Sample within a test project, the validation process is not properly updated within the UI, as can be seen in the screenshots below. Interestingly the validation seems to stop at a random measurement number.
This issue is finally reproducible and seems to be linked with the ontology lookup service:

How to reproduce:

1.) Login to your project
2.) Go to ontology search and search for an existing entry (e.g. Illumina, Mass etc.)
3.) Switch to Measurement View and try to trigger any process (Download Measurements or Edit/Register Measurements)
4.) Observe the UI not being updated

This was fixed in Release 1.11.0

Sadly it was not fixed, the UI seems to lock up during the validation step. Interestingly the UI is refreshed if the user is clicking the cancel button and aborting the cancel process. Finally the measurement view is also not automatically updated after successful registration:
