Inform user that his sample registration/update failed due to duplicated column headers

What happened?

If the user provides a duplicate column header then the upload will fail during the file upload step without informing the user why the upload was errorenous.

This can happen e.g. if the user defines a confounding variable with the same name as an established column header (which occured with the term "batch")

Ideally, the user is informed during confounding variable creation that specific terms are off limits and is not able to download a registration/edit sheet with duplicate headers with these terms.
