Possibility to add mixed sources and specimen #1318

What are you missing?
Hello, currently I a missing the possibility to add more than 1 species or specimen for samples that are mixed.
Why do you need a solution?
This is an important feature for projects were we have a mix of defined species or specimen.
An example: I have samples of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves contaminated with fungi. The raw data will contain reads from both species and I want to align for both. So it would be important to have the information on the metadata that both species are present under "SPECIES" and not only as a variable.
The same is applicable for specimen for experiments with defined cell/tissue mixture.
Ideas
Not sure how to implement. If it should just be that the drop-down menu has the combinations also or only if you flag somewhere that the species or specimen is mixed.
