Inform User that they have to select at least one measurement to download its metadata #1320
Description
What are you missing?
Currently, if the user presses the "download metadata" button in the measurement view without selecting a measurement, the system will download the template without any measurement information contained within.
Why do you need a solution?
Providing a template without any measurement information is confusing.
Additionally if the user presses the "edit" button the system informs the user to at least select one measurement before proceeding.
Ideas
There are two ways to go here:
1.) Pressing the "Download metadata" button will download all measurement metadata for the selected domain tab (original behaviour)
2.) Pressing "Download Metadata button will inform the user that she has to select at least one measurement via a toast notification(As it is done if the user presses the edit button without selecting a measurement)
I'd urge to keep the behaviour consistent for both "edit" and "download metadata" and would prefer solution 1
