Allow for multiplicative boosts in CommonRules Rewriter #33
Description
Make feature querqy/querqy#328 available for Querqy for ES. This is mainly a matter of extending the rewriter configuration (see https://docs.querqy.org/querqy/rewriters/common-rules.html#configuration boostMethod for Solr).
