Hardcoded co2_emission_factor in molecule graph does not work for network_gas and crude_oil

The co2_emissions_factors for crude_oil and network_gas are hardocded.
For example, in the node industry_final_demand_for_chemical_other_network_gas_co2, the energy of the node industry_final_demand_for_chemical_other_network_gas is converted via the hardcoded value '0.0564'.

This means that when network gas is completely filled by greengas, the co2-usage is overestimated.

We should change this through a dynamic link via network gas and the molecule graph.
