Capture email address in BasicUserData

It would be useful to capture the email address of the user when authenticating.

For google you need to include the "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/email.profile" scope.

That was done for purpose as the package was meant to be simple and I did not include any "special" scopes. But I see the need to add some extensibility point to configure i.e. scopes per package. Good point. I'll take it under consideration.

May not want any special scopes...but email would seem to be a very common thing needed - so perhaps have an option to get the email from any of the providers.
