Updating makefiles for modern environments

macOS updated to 13 ( Darwin 22 ) with new clang.
Maybe need to update code compatibility with latest clang standard, also other compilers - MinGW-W64 g++ 12.
Linux is not an option for now because my systems are running older version of Linux kernel and g++.

Compatibility goals

• Darwin 22, clang 14
• MinGW-W64 gcc/g++ 12
• Debian Linux gcc/g++ 8
