Summary of work to date

I know Shawky from the Cohort VII. He has been participating in the RoundUp calls for a while now and completed a few different projects:

• Helped complete a Dashboard for the Nerite RAID: https://dune.com/niftyteam/nerite
• Contributed to multiple projects during/after the Cohort VII:
  1. Hamsterized Token Dashboard - https://github.com/RGCVII/hamsterized-token-dashboard
  2. Smart Invoice Bounty - use updatable smart contract instead of escrow in FE SmartInvoiceXYZ/smart-invoice#265
  3. Dungeon Master Bounty - update web3 packages dungeon-master-v2#160
• After the bounties, he continued to contribute to Smart Invoice raising many PRs and joining our regular meetings: https://github.com/SmartInvoiceXYZ/smart-invoice/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Asshmm

Overall he has shown to be a very reliable builder, who can work with different tech stacks and get up to speed and contribute quickly. I believe he would bring value to the Guild.

Success criteria

Comment within this issue, before moving to membership, the realization of the
following success criteria:

1. Apprentice period of at least 60 days and up to 120 days.
2. Successfully join at least 1 raid or RIP. This includes raids or RIPs
   completed as well as raids or RIPs still in progress (provided the
   apprentice is in good standing on that project).
3. Attend at least 2 core Guild meetings, currently includes Roundtable, Raider
   Roundup, or Token Talk.
4. Demonstrate shared values with the Guild (at the discretion of the DAO).
