(helm) PDB doesn't always have newline where expected

For reasons I don't understand, sometimes when rendering the PodDisruptionBudget the parameters are stacked on a single line producing invalid YAML.

```yaml
spec:
  selector:
    matchLabels:
      app.kubernetes.io/name: local-path-provisioner
      app.kubernetes.io/instance: release-name
  podDisruptionBudget:    minAvailable: 0
```

When `minAvailable` should be on its own line.
