Different workflow approval and allow-duration for different roles in same Gcloud IAM provider

Summary
GCloud IAM provider provides access to different IAM roles listed in the GCP project however access to these roles like viewer, admin, etc share the same workflow and duration allowed. As a user, we want to set different flow and duration for admin roles compared to viewer role
