SWS Resources: Loading a track template that has a MIDI item always pools it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a track and add a MIDI item on it, put some notes in it
2. Save the track template
3. Import it to SWS Resources
4. In a new project (for clarity), start importing this template more than once

You will see that items become pooled, which is NOT what happens when loading the track template using Reaper's native load track template action (or the right-click context menu).
