[Bug]: Display helper text for no current sessions

What happened?

The coaching session list on the dashboard page should display helper text in the "Upcoming Sessions" and "Previous Sessions" tabs indicating there are no sessions.

This is what currently happens. Note the lack of helpful text indicating no upcoming sessions:

Something like "No upcoming coaching sessions." and "No previous coaching sessions found."

What is the version of refactor-platform-fe that you're seeing the problem on?
