[Bug]: New collaboration bubbles cover over other text

What happened?

The new collaboration bubbles that hold the display name of each user in a session are too big. They hide the coaching notes text that is underneath them which can be very frustrating.

Another possible (and maybe preferable) way of fixing this would be to make the bubble go translucent when the mouse cursor hovers over the bubble, revealing the otherwise blocked text beneath it.

What is the version of refactor-platform-fe that you're seeing the problem on?
