[Bug]: Switching current organization does not reset relationship selector on dashboard page

What happened?

Step to reproduce:

1. Log in and navigate to dashboard page
2. Select your primary organization (e.g. Refactor Coaching)
3. Select a coaching relationship and join the session
4. Return back to the dashboard page
5. Select your secondary organization (not Refactor Coaching)
6. Notice that the relationship selector does not reload to reflect this new organization's coaching relationships for the current user (see screenshot)

One thing to note, the MotoAcquire organization does not have any relationships under it currently. This may be important context to note.

What is the version of refactor-platform-fe that you're seeing the problem on?
