Superseded by windows-sys?

is this crate superseded by https://github.com/microsoft/windows-rs which is very actively maintained and comming from Microsoft themselfs?

@retep998 If this repo is really superseded, maybe this repo should have a note to ues the other one.

I considered updating the readme to reflect the status of this crate, but I haven't had the motivation to get around to doing so.
