Provide a message flag for git mob

## Summary

Provide another option to commit with co-authors by providing a message flag to run `git commit` with the message and co-authors.

```
$ git mob gg rk -m "This is a commit message"
```

Flag `--message, -m` message for git commit

## Motivation

- One command to append co-authors instead of running two
