Missing log messages

Hi,

We are logging to both file (on rotation) and the logback logDNA appender however we have noticed that on some occasions it does not transfer a group of log messages to LogDNA but they do show up in the files.

What could be the cause of this, logging is crucial to our application so we need a reliable method of uploading logs to LogDNA
