can't upvote / downvote

hey fam, can't upvote / downvote
when I hover it shows a link ending in upvote or downvote but it doesnt apply
btw make the cursor as pointer when hovering vote btn

It's due to a "business decision" I made regarding who can vote and who can't. Since you're a new user, you don't have enough "points" to vote.
