header file doesn't match lib

AIL_sample_stage_property isn't the right version for the header, resulting in link errors.

Just a heads up for anyone attempting to use this, 7.2e installer is public and has a few upgrades

Interesting. I built my fork of panda3d with this and had
no compile linker errors
