Add styles to buttons that take you to third-party web pages for touch devices where hover is not supported

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

Provide the steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to https://rs.school/courses/javascript-preschool-ru and open dev tools (choose mobile version)
2. Click on 'Стань студентом'
3. Return to page
4. Observe the error

🏁 Actual Behavior

Now when you go to another page in the mobile version, the hover effect remains
