Support for rq version 1.8 - 1.10

By any chance will this be updated to 1.8 feature? https://github.com/rq/rq/releases

Having the new feature would be great:

RoundRobinWorker and RandomWorker classes to control how jobs are dequeued from multiple queues.

I also want the Retry functionalities, but I guess this project is not being maintained anymore?
