Create grafana containers for ci #7
Description
The current ci uses an account on grafana.net to have a testable instance reachable in https.
It would be preferable to have everything testable through containers, without requiring 3rd parties.
The required containers would be:
- basic grafana instance reachable in HTTP
- Instance reachabel in HTTPS
** Test the cert validation with valid and invalid certs - Instance reachable in HTTPS with client certificate.
