Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Docker
  2. Run docker run --rm rubylang/ruby:master ruby -v

Expected behavior

It should show the Ruby version

Actual behavior

ruby: error while loading shared libraries: libatomic.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory raised.

$ docker run --rm rubylang/ruby:master ruby -v
