Make Atlantis React on "atlantis plan" form GHA Workflow Comment

Hi,

When any of our users type the command "atlantis plan," the configured Atlantis bot reacts. But then a GHA workflow types a comment nothing happens, it seams like the bot does not react?

Does anyone know what config I might be missing or where I can look? I've checked the server config for anything related to users auth but couldn't find it; https://www.runatlantis.io/docs/server-side-repo-config.html.
