How do you get the lifetime of a ra_ap_hir::Type reference?

If a ra_ap_hir::Type is a reference, how do you get the named lifetime if it has one?

There's currently no API for this as far as I'm aware. It would be fine to add the lifetime to Type::as_reference and add some Lifetime struct that could have e.g. an as_lifetime_param method that would return an Option<LifetimeParam>, if you need this.
